JUNE 24: In light of the ceasefire announced by United States President Donald Trump between Israel and Iran, Former J&K Chief Minister and PDP President Mehbooba Mufti heaps praises on Iran for its leadership qualities citing that Iran with less resources made US and Israel kneel down for ceasefire.
Regardless of having fewer arms and ammunition, Iraq braved the war and fought it fearlessly, said Mehbooba Mufti.
“Today US President Trump says ceasefire must be ensured between Israel and Iran, gives positives to Iran along with leadership qualities among other nations,” said PDP stalwart
“Iran through this has made an identity for itself combating ideally the oppression unleashed by Israel,” said Mehbooba Mufti.
“Iran has proved its wit and gained praises from around the world for teaching Israel a lesson which orchestrated the barbarism on it,” said Mehbooba Mufti
Pertinent to mention that the war between Israel and Iran lasted for 12 days with former striking first fearing the nuclear capabilities.
