JUNE 25: Launching a crackdown on the drug menace, Police has attached a residential property amounting to Rs 1 Crore in Srinagar on Wednesday.
It is learnt that the property belongs to notorious drug peddler Pervaiz Ahmad Bhat resident of Karnabal.
Besides, the accused is involved in Case FIR No. 02/2024 under Sections 8, 20, and 29 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Sangam.
Notably, the accused has been involved in several drug peddling incidents and was actively involved in targeting the local youth.
The action adds feather to the cap of J&K Police for rigorous efforts in dismantling the drug infrastructure and unwavering commitment to ensure society free from drugs.
