JUNE 20: In a run-up to the 12-day-long Shri Baba Buddha Amarnath Yatra that will commence on July 28 in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, apt arrangements are underway in this regard.
It is learnt that the first batch will leave from the Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu-based Yatri Niwas for Poonch. As per the reports, the Yatra is likely begin from July 28 and culminate on August 8, 2025.
Moreover, the preparations are in full swing and the district administration is at forefront to ensure smooth and hassle-free pilgrimage.
Notably, the district administration has geared up to make all arrangements for the Shri Buddha Amarnath yatra which include langars, accommodation, sanitation, waterproof tents, vehicle parking, medical facilities, uninterrupted water and electricity supply and various other arrangements.
